Elverson Day 2013 Waiver & Release: I know that running a race or doing a walk is a potentially hazardous activity which could cause injury or death. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and am properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running in this event. I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release and will not sue OneRunTogether, The Borough of Elverson, Pennsylvania, the Elverson day committee members, the homeowner associations of Stoneridge, Churchill, Homestead, Ascot, The Farmer’s Market at Elverson, Twin Valley Family Fitness, Twin Valley Fire Department, Twin Valley Coffee, Conebella Farm, any employees participating in the race and all volunteers and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to use my photograph, email address, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes. I understand that this race is not refundable.
